The Sketchbook Project

In Kansas City, in August, we were able to catch a visit of the roving  Sketchbook Project Mobile Library at the Nelson Atkins Museum. On their website, they describe the Sketchbook Project as “an evolving library that features more than 27,894 artists’ books contributed by creative people from 130+ countries.”

It was a lot of fun to get a library card, check out a few sketchbooks from the lending library and see others in KC doing the same. (We also picked up our own blank sketchbooks so that we can contribute to the library.)

Here’s a few pictures from our visit.
